Job Summary

As a Salesforce Application Support Specialist at Hotelbeds Group, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving business incidents related to Salesforce, ensuring seamless operations and support. This role requires expertise in Salesforce and a strong analytical mindset to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket and Incident Management: Manage and resolve Salesforce-related incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Diagnosis and Resolution: Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ticket Identification and Prioritization: Identify and prioritize tickets based on business impact and criticality.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Base: Generate documentation related to incidents and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to investigate problems and implement solutions.
  • Technical Documentation and Support Materials: Develop and refine technical documentation and support materials to aid in user education and problem resolution.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce, with expertise in APIs/Web Portals incidents replication.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. Familiarity with RESTful pattern design, XML/JSON formats, and logging and monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch).
  • Education and Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification and/or Salesforce App Builder certification.
