Join Our Team as an Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to support our IBA project team in customer acceptance, training, and commissioning of IBA Proton Therapy systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in consolidating customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform acceptance testing with end-users to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Train and support customers to use the system properly and safely.
  • Provide on-site and/or remote product application support to customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Support site teams in medical physics topics and validation of proton therapy centers.
  • Report and document interventions and actions undertaken with required accuracy.
  • Provide continuous structured customer product feedback to the organization.
  • Participate in procedures update and optimization.
  • Coach other product experts.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in Medical Physics or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent by experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Radiotherapy field as a Medical Physicist.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Passion for innovative clinical solutions and new technologies.
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset with stress resistance.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
