About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Consultant to join our team at Pagero Group. As an Application Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an implementation specialist in large, cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless integration of our platform with customer systems.
  • Plan, manage, and execute small-to-medium projects, collaborating closely with customers to meet their technical needs.
  • Lead the technical implementation, configuration, and testing of our solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Interface with our technical team to transform business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Keep track of project assignments and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Boost customer digital services by identifying enhancement opportunities and implementing solutions.
  • Guide and train customers to maximize the use of our platforms and applications.
  • Participate in presale activities to deliver maximum value to customers.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, refining internal best practices and enhancing overall efficiency.
