Pricing System Specialist with Salesforce Expertise

At Medtronic, we are committed to alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. As a member of our Global Offer Development and Pricing Systems Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and patients.
A Day in the LifeAs a Pricing System Specialist with Salesforce expertise, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to end-users of Vendavo/SFDC/Pros and other pricing tools. Your tasks will include:
- Providing guidance on system usage, driving corporate efficiency, and improving user satisfaction
- Resolving client pricing and contracting system issues quickly and accurately
- Communicating with end-users in English by phone, mail, or remote support
- Performing root cause analysis for recurring tickets and tracking SLAs
- Explaining new and current system functionalities to end-users
- Delivering ad-hoc trainings on system and process capabilities
- Supporting audit activities on a quarterly basis
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree with 3-5 years of experience in support desk or incident management
- Fluent English skills
- Affinity towards systems and technology
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an anticipatory approach
- Intermediate to advanced SFDC skills
- Advanced Excel/Power Query skills
- Help Desk Experience
While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:
- Additional language skills, preferably in Spanish/Portuguese/Mandarin/Japanese
- Team player skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, Service Now, and remote support tools
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work across time zones
- Customer-oriented and multitasking skills with a can-do attitude
- Process modelling skills with experience in drawing and framing logical conclusions
