With rooftop dining by renowned Spanish chef Dani García, Asian-Mediterranean cuisine at our acclaimed modern cocktail bar and restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre featuring a sun-drenched pool terrace, Four Seasons is elevating luxury and service for both locals and visitors alike.

About Four Seasons Hotel Madrid:

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, a collection of seven heritage buildings, is ideally positioned near the business district and close to Madrid's major tourist attractions. A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication, and urban luxury, located in Centro Canalejas Madrid.

Following a meticulous restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is home to 200 guest rooms, including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, and 3 restaurants and bars, featuring an expansive rooftop terrace, a state-of-the-art Spa, stylish event spaces, and luxury retail.

Role of Sous Chef:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Sous Chef to enhance our culinary team, reporting directly to the Executive Chef.

Our ideal Sous Chef will:


• Lead the kitchen by establishing plans characterized by integrity, quality, and vision that foster long-term growth.


• Adhere to the new Food & Beverage Guidelines of Four Seasons to craft unforgettable experiences for our guests.


• Deliver service in a pleasant, efficient, and professional manner, adhering to the standards of the hospitality industry under the brand “Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.”


• Focus on team development and craftsmanship, infusing your personal touch and creative flair into all culinary experiences.


• Ensure all food and products are handled using proper hygiene and sanitation practices in compliance with local health regulations.
