Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure seamless execution of menu items
- Lead a team of pastry chefs to achieve high-quality standards and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP and hygiene protocols
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal levels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize departmental budgets
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary concepts
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
