Key responsibilitiesAs an Executive & Team Assistant, you will:
- Arrange trips for the team using travel tools and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Complete expense reports according to company guidelines.
- Manage office supplies, IT hardware, and software using our proprietary tools.
- Raise purchase orders and IT support tickets to resolve issues.
- Book workspace in our offices and provide administrative support as needed.
- Work with the executive assistant on executive approvals and expense reports.
- Help with event arrangements, such as team meetings and catering.
You have:
- More than 1 year of experience as a Team Assistant, with the possibility of hiring a junior assistant.
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Networking, conflict resolution, and management of confidential information.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage heavy workloads.
- Collaboration with the team to achieve objectives.
- Able to make decisions when needed.
- Open to constant change and willing to adapt.
- Ability to communicate and liaise with colleagues at all levels to support their business needs.
