Key Responsibilities
- Produce the mise en place of the kitchen, ensuring the organization and hygiene standards are met.
- Prepare food using appropriate techniques of cooking under the guidance of your superior.
- Store and check the validity of food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist other departments whenever necessary, providing exceptional customer service.
- During shift changes, transmit information to the incoming team and seek previous shift information, ensuring seamless communication.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and concentration, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Interest in developing the culinary skills and knowledge of the company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
