Job OverviewWe are currently seeking an ambitious and confident Commercial Sales Executive to lead and manage Spanish sales accounts and drive commercial growth for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering full commercial support and decision-making where necessary, while continually driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage Spanish sales accounts to achieve commercial growth and profitability
- Provide full commercial support and decision-making to clients as needed
- Act as an ambassador for the company in a front-facing capacity, offering a trusted point of contact for stakeholders and clients
- Integrate with other departments to maximize opportunities and deliver results
- Set and manage annual budgets, work with the team to maintain and grow revenue, and maximize margin
- Participate in quarterly review meetings with senior management at Retail to drive business success and planning
- Be accountable for the P&L of the business and its management, working closely with the Head of Sales
- Develop strategies to underpin delivery of sales against budgets, considering overheads and maximizing opportunity and profitability
- Manage own accounts and offer support to other sales managers and their customers through close working relationships
- Ensure all lead-time calendars are updated and followed, with timely delivery wherever possible
- Deal with customer complaints in a courteous and polite manner, protecting the company's position and seeking mutually acceptable solutions
- Challenge the support team to ensure processes are followed, including SOPs in CP, Design, Sampling, etc.
- Experience in a commercial sales role, preferably in the garment sector
- Proven track record of achieving commercial growth and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and spoken
