Senior Sales Growth Specialist for Italian Market

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in this strategic market.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Managing and developing existing portfolio
- Performing under a quick sales environment (phone calls – emails)
- Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding our database of prospects within the assigned territory
- Managing accounts, prospects, calls and activity in Salesforce.com
- Routing qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate
- Native speaking Italian
- Advanced level in English
- Strong listening and communication skills, rapport building skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day
- Discipline and time management
- Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com
- Professional and confident presentation skills
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative
- Ability to achieve targets
