Customer Service Representative for Banking Sector

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the Banking Sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients of one of the world's leading financial services providers.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and phone applications.
- Technical Solutions: Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions and issues.
- Account Management: Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures.
- Communication: Utilize call and email channels to assist clients and maintain effective communication.
- Data Security: Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system and maintain security procedures around sensitive data.
- Contract Type: Indefinite contract.
- Work Schedule: Full-time rotative shifts, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and weekends from 09:00 to 17:00, with a balanced schedule of 5 days per week.
