Job Title: Dutch Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team at NordsAbroad. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and phone apps, providing end-to-end solutions for any technical issues.
  • Account Management: Assist clients with queries about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud, adhering to specific procedures.
  • Problem-Solving: Use multiple systems to find the best solutions for clients and accurately log all actions taken during client interactions.
  • Communication: Answer questions and explain the necessary next steps, requiring patience and empathy.
  • Security: Participate in the Fraud/Phishing service during working hours, maintaining strict security procedures around sensitive data and providing accurate information.

Training and Development:

  • Initial Training: Participate in a two-week training program covering all aspects of the role.
  • Ongoing Support: Receive ongoing training and support to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
