About the Role


Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Technical Manager - Spare Parts to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the commercial and marketing strategy for the sale of spare parts, developing pricing policies, and managing the technical and administration team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop commercial and marketing strategies for the sale of spare parts
  • Develop pricing policies and margin targets
  • Manage the technical and administration team
  • Advise customers on spare parts, accessories, and products
  • Manage the sales network for spare parts
  • Negotiate and develop sales with key accounts and rental companies
  • Have technical knowledge of spare parts, including reading plans, consumables, wear parts, and fluids
  • Analyze sales performance with the help of controlling
  • Define, promote, and lead sales campaigns
  • Participate in trade fairs and customer days
  • Be the spare parts referent with our factory in Germany
  • Centralize, analyze, and transmit improvement needs with the factory
  • Ensure the monitoring and development of our e-commerce platform
  • Participate in the proper management of stock and disputes
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, after-sales service, and finance
  • Ensure technical monitoring and competition of products
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Be the referent of customer relations in the service perimeter
  • Have technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, engines, transmissions, and excellent listening skills
  • Have great autonomy, curiosity, and rigor in the organization and management of priorities
  • Have significant experience in the sectors of construction machinery, agricultural equipment, trucks, lifting, handling, and excellent customer relations
  • Master basic office tools, including SAP ERP
  • Have a permanent contract, remuneration according to profile and experience, company vehicle, continuous product training, and professional development within the group
  • Work in a young and dynamic team
  • Remuneration: 35k/40k + bonus
