Looking for a dynamic professional to lead customer interactions and drive business growth. As an Account Manager at Omega CRM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building lasting relationships with clients, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Sales Director to expand the customer base.
- Meet with potential clients and understand their needs.
- Maintain relationships with SF Account Executives.
- Stay updated on SF updates.
- Lead customer communication at all stages of pre-sales.
- Share sales objectives and customer digital transformation roadmaps with Product Managers.
- Manage and negotiate scope expansions for initial contracts.
- Monitor project progress and budget/timeline deviations.
- Manage billing processes for assigned accounts.
- 4+ years of experience in business/technology consulting.
- Experience in Salesforce ecosystem.
- High level of English and other European languages a plus.
- Permanent contract.
