About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate/Manager to join our team at Tenity. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored proposals that align with their objectives.
  • Project and Proposal Creation: Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to brainstorm, design, and implement new projects and proposals aimed at fostering growth and securing new client engagements.
  • Market Analysis: Leverage data to understand market trends, identify opportunities in startup investments, and align our business strategies with the evolving needs of the market.
  • Social Ecosystems: Actively participate in and understand the ecosystems related to our industry, ensuring that our approaches are timely and relevant.
  • Technology Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft tools efficiently to manage data, create presentations, and facilitate communication within and outside the organization.
  • HubSpot Management: Arrange and plan business development (BD) and fundraising activities using HubSpot. Ensure the CRM is up-to-date and provides valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Travel Opportunities: Be prepared to travel as needed to support projects, client engagements, and business development efforts.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, partner management, or a related field, preferably within the innovation, fintech, or startup sectors.
  • Excellent understanding of innovation methodologies and corporate innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Exceptional understanding of data analysis, project management, and client relations.
  • Eligible to work lawfully without visa sponsorship in the UK.
  • Goal-oriented with a high drive for excellence, a strong communicator, and a self-starter capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, with a proven ability to leverage these tools for business development and fundraising activities.
  • Flexibility and Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with travel requirements to support various projects and client engagements.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages are highly advantageous.
