Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office - Revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Director Strategic Partnerships and acting as account lead for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthening Partnerships: Reinforce current partnerships by supporting account directors, conducting regular meetings, and engaging partners to achieve the company's 5-year plan.
  • Undertaking Opportunities & Partner Projects: Identify and present new partner opportunities and projects that support the company's objectives, and analyze pace, forecasting, and performance to inform business decisions.
  • Account Performance & Operations: Provide commercial account management support for assigned accounts, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and develop in-depth account profiles and plans to optimize performance.
  • Connecting: Serve as the relationship builder for internal and external stakeholders involved in the account at global, regional, and local levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related major.
  • Experience: At least three years of business experience in an international environment with a focus on sales, revenue management, account management, and e-commerce.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English, both written and spoken, with additional language skills welcome.
