- Develop and deliver presentations to key clientele.
- Manage customer projects and implementations.
- Identify and pursue incremental opportunities within and across business units.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic customer account management and development.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to grow and retain accounts.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
