About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at PTC. As a key member of our Account Team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth through strategic account management and development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive customer success and growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  3. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Lead business reviews and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations to key clientele.
  7. Manage customer projects and implementations.
  8. Identify and pursue incremental opportunities within and across business units.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in strategic customer account management and development.
  2. Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to grow and retain accounts.
  3. Strong project-management and organizational skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into meaningful information.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
