Our client, Netatmo, develops innovative connected consumer electronics. As a Technical Support Agent, you will handle customer inquiries via email and chat, striving for first-contact resolution.

Requirements:
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- High level of English.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathise with customers and offer individual solutions.
We offer:
- Temporary contract (3 months with 1-month probation period).
- Full-time position (39 hours/week).
- Salary: €22,000 per year.
