Customer Engagement:

As a key member of our team at Cross Border Talents, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative experience with our customers. This involves understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to meet sales qualifications.

Sales Developments:

Develop a strong grasp of our services, including cost management and monitoring capabilities, to address customer inquiries and objections. Work closely with stakeholders to provide critical product and program feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in customer interactions.

Market Insight:

Stay informed about our company sales lifecycle, customer needs, and industry trends to identify new prospects and enhance customer relationships. Proficient in English; Native Dutch. Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in account management within the IT industry. Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification is required; experience with or selling Azure is essential. Recognized experience with CRM/ERP systems and IT sales processes. Experience or training in the Challenger sales methodology is preferred. Confident and articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management. Strong organizational skills, able to work independently with integrity.
