Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bookings accurately and efficiently using booking systems or software.">
  • Provide timely and accurate information about available options, pricing, and terms to customers.">
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency.">
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers.">
  • Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget.">
  • Upsell additional services or amenities where appropriate.">
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process.">

Requirements and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.">
  • Solution and result-driven person.">
  • Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive attitude.">
  • Fluent in English (Polish is a plus). Additional language skills are an advantage.">
  • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.">
