Senior Sales Representative in Germany and Dutch Markets

As a Sales Lead, you will join the Sales team at Click&Boat, a business unit consisting of approximately 40 people. The team is managed by Jonathan, VP of Sales, who will be your direct manager. You will be part of a managerial team of five Leads, each responsible for a market.
The key responsibilities include:
- Team Development (20%): Recruitment and initial training of the German and Dutch Sales Team. The team consists of three talented sales executives and needs to grow to 15 people during peak season.
- Team Management (60%): Communicate targets and empower your team to achieve sales excellence through trainings, direct guidance, team meetings, and floor animation.
- Smart Reporting (20%): Own your team's KPIs and market knowledge to communicate relevant information upward and downward regularly.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year based on location and experience.
