About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Advisor Associate to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with our customers and prospects to help them solve business challenges and meet their business objectives using SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in discovery sessions, executive meetings, and presentations to provide deal support and deliver software demonstrations that help customers understand SAP's unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts and participate in marketing events to promote SAP solutions.
- Work with customers to gain real-world experience and acquire the skills necessary to help guide them through their digital transformation journey.
- Lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation.
- Provide demand generation support through marketing events and deal execution support by responding to requests for proposals.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and excellent communication or customer-facing skills.
- Multi-dimensional experience: global experience, leadership role, entrepreneurial/self-starter, volunteerism, music, sports, etc.
- Effective communication skills including fluency in English and local language.
- Proficient interpersonal skills including passion, curiosity, listening skills, professional presence, empathy, and can-get-it-done mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and business functions.
- Strong Business Acumen including demonstrated knowledge of business processes and/or industries.
