- As an Incentive Supporter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via various communication channels.
- You will be the face of our company, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and service.
- Acting in the best interest of the client and the company, you will resolve complaints and issues in a fair and mutually beneficial manner.
Key qualifications and skills for this role include:
- Native German speaker with an English level of B1 or better.
- Commercial degree (clerk, assistant, etc.) - either an apprenticeship or university degree.
- Ability to advise clients on sensitive data.
- Valid work permit for Spain.
- Open-minded and willing to relocate abroad.
