About the Role

Avery Dennison is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Sell the company's products and services to prospective and established customers, meeting established sales quotas and maintaining sales programs within assigned territories.
  • Customer Service: Provide responsive and accurate order-entry service to customers, manage after-sales support and troubleshooting, and communicate with manufacturing locations on service performance, quality, capacity, and stock.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and following up on fluctuations in demand, and managing forecast volume changes by product/customer into supply chain.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist customers with product questions and resources, providing product and application recommendations, and basic technical support as applicable.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Successful previous related experience, such as experience in a customer service or sales administration role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and very good customer service skills.
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English.
