About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blu Selection. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, including checking and recording sales documents, coordinating customer-specific tooling solutions, and dispatching order confirmations and invoices.
  • Complaint Management: Manage customer complaints and issues, working closely with the sales and engineering departments to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Promotion: Support sales promotion activities, including campaign planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Digital Document Management: Manage and maintain digital documents, including customer records, sales documents, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German (C1) and Dutch (B2) is required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service is required.
  • Education: Completed commercial or technical education is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, empathetic, and communicative individual with a commitment to excellence.
