About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Staff to join our team at Holiday Inn Barcelona - Sant Cugat. As a Service Staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Familiarize yourself with our menu and be able to answer any questions guests may have
- Inform customers about our daily specials and promotions
- Ensure the efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders, maintaining a high level of service at all times

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the branded market
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and living through our brand standards
- Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress
- Ability to work under pressure and manage in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Accurate and efficient cash handling skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive and flexible approach to work, including weekend and evening shifts
