About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to drive the sales performance across Southern Europe, predominantly Spain and Italy. As a key member of the Marketing EMEA team, you will report to the Marketing EMEA Director and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow market share and re-establish Bugaboo as the most desired premium parenting brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand current and future consumers for the region, focusing on consumer journey insights to inform marketing plans.
  • Develop marketing communications to change or maintain brand perception as required, using brand tracker and other data.
  • Work with a direct report to define the overall marketing strategy for the region, considering cluster objectives, HQ guidelines, and local market requirements.
  • Devise, manage, deliver, and measure successful marketing plans across all brand channels, including retail, high-reach media, social, PR, and influencers.
  • Own the regional marketing calendar to reflect agreed plans.
  • Work closely with sales directors and account managers to develop and deliver 360 marketing plans in conjunction with retail partners.
  • Align with the Go to Market team on VM, POS, organic social, and local market asset creation to ensure brand representation across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the Performance marketing manager and team to align communication priorities across performance marketing channels, CRM, and Affiliates.
  • Manage local marketing agencies, including influencers and PR.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop direct reports and partner agencies.
Requirements
  • A marketing degree and a minimum of 6 years' marketing experience.
  • A generalist marketeer with experience across all channels and comfortable working at both strategic and tactical/implementation levels.
  • Experience in retail marketing and executing marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Influencer, brand, and PR experience is also essential.
  • Naturally, you will be commercially minded and enjoy building compelling partnerships with other brands and retailers.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
