Main Role
Work on a specified Business Unit / Category / Categories to execute growth and monitor network implementation.
This is a fixed-term contractor position within 3-6 months duration.
Lead the execution of all activities pertaining to category plans - product changes, visibility plans, and merchandising.
Closely work with cross-functional teams – Customer Strategy & Planning, Brand Marketing, and Market Collaboration & Planning teams to ensure category growth initiatives are landed on time.
Report the execution of national activities to Customer Strategy & Planning.
Deliverables: 100% On-Time-In-Fulfillment (OTIF) delivery of projects, 100% on-time supplier billing, 11% savings delivery, and alignment to rate card cost.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
1 to 2 years in category management
Growth mindset and passion for high performance
Excellent project management skills with attention to details
Customer Business Development/Sales experience is a plus
High influencing skills
Minor automation skills are a plus
Mindset to navigate the role
Able to grow the client business by ensuring quality and timely planning and execution of projects and proposals.
