About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Category Growth Strategist to join our team at Suntory Beverage & Food France. This role will be responsible for developing and executing category growth strategies across various channels, focusing on the Soft Drinks category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive category strategies that drive growth and expansion of underperforming categories.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor research, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Brand Planning: Collaborate with brand teams to develop brand plans that align with category strategies and ensure optimal execution across channels.
  • Perfect Store Implementation: Drive Perfect Store implementation, ensuring linear layouts, second exposure, ROI visibility, assortment, and monitoring KPIs and category projects.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from Nielsen and Kantar reports, as well as internal and external sales sources to inform category growth strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including brands, sales, and marketing teams to ensure effective category growth execution.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in category management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Highly analytical with excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.

About the Salary

The salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
