Customer Service Representative in Madrid

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients' activities by being the first point of contact for their customers, answering incoming queries, and ensuring contractual SLA is maintained. You will also identify issues and provide solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be a team player and participate in the success of the team and project, providing cover for absent colleagues and attending regular team meetings.
Requirements- A native level of German and an advanced level of English
- Knowledge about IT platforms, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office
- Previous experience in sales (up-selling and cross-selling)
- An attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
- A team player with high social competence
- Energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace
- Full-time permanent contract
- 40h/week, rotational schedule depending on the project
- Salary: starting from 20.500€ gross/year depending on the role
