License Compliance Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our License Compliance team at Autodesk, Inc. As a License Compliance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and revenue through our License Compliance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead License Compliance engagements through telemetry reporting, audits, or consultancy to educate companies on non-compliant behaviors and provide guidance on licensing.
- Use data sets to target C-Level executives and present business needs and risks related to non-compliance, providing deadlines and difficult messaging.
- Work with the install base and non-customers to ensure a smooth transition from non-compliance to compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive License Compliance strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Develop and manage a yearly and quarterly plan to exceed sales quota and achieve revenue goals.
- Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure they are tracking towards revenue goals.
Requirements
- Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at an executive level.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Willingness to integrate into teams and work towards individual and team goals.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Native Spanish and Business English.
