Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our License Compliance team at Autodesk. As a License Compliance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and revenue through our License Compliance department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead License Compliance engagements by leveraging telemetry reporting, audits, and consultancy to educate companies on non-compliant behaviors and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a yearly, quarterly plan to exceed sales quota and achieve or overachieve weekly and monthly sales targets to increase net new revenue.
  • Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure they are tracking towards achievement of revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure a smooth transition for companies from non-compliance into compliance.
  • Work with Legal, Channel, and other sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities within License Compliance engagements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at executive level.
  • Native Spanish and Business English language proficiency.
