About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our License Compliance team at Autodesk. As a License Compliance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and ensuring customer compliance with our licensing agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead License Compliance engagements by analyzing telemetry data, conducting audits, and providing consultancy services to customers.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to educate customers on non-compliant behaviors and promote compliance.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with C-Level executives to communicate the importance of compliance and negotiate resolutions.
  4. Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless transition of customers from non-compliance to compliance.
  5. Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans to exceed sales quotas and drive net new revenue growth.
  6. Manage sales metrics, including forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics, to ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Channel, and Sales, to maximize revenue opportunities within License Compliance engagements.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a compliance or licensing role.
  2. Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at the executive level.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to integrate into teams and work towards personal and team goals.
  4. Native fluency in a West Slavic language and business-level English.
