Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our License Compliance team at Autodesk, Inc. As a License Compliance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and leading companies through the sales cycle, from prospecting and profiling to closing negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead License Compliance engagements through telemetry reporting, audits, or consultancy.
  • Utilize data sets to educate companies on non-compliant behaviors and present difficult messaging to C-Level executives.
  • Target C-Level executives to address non-compliance risks and present deadlines.
  • Work with both existing and non-customer install bases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure a smooth transition for companies from non-compliance to compliance.
  • Develop a yearly and quarterly plan to exceed sales quota.
  • Achieve or overachieve weekly and monthly sales targets to increase net new revenue.
  • Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure they are tracking towards revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the larger team, including Legal, Channel, and other sales teams, to maximize revenue opportunities within License Compliance engagements.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Experience and comfort communicating and negotiating at executive levels.
  • Willingness to integrate into teams and work towards personal and team goals.
  • Native German and Business English language proficiency.
