Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our License Compliance team at Autodesk, Inc. As a License Compliance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth and revenue through our License Compliance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Profile and detect non-compliant companies, presenting to C-Level executives using various data sets.
- Lead License Compliance engagements through telemetry reporting, audits, or consultancy.
- Use data sets to educate companies and explain non-compliant behaviors.
- Target C-Level executives regarding our needs and risks concerning non-compliance, presenting difficult messaging and providing deadlines.
- Work with the install base and non-customers to ensure a smooth transition from non-compliance to compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure a seamless transition for companies from non-compliance to compliance.
- Develop a yearly, quarterly plan to exceed sales quota and achieve revenue goals.
- Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure they are tracking towards achievement of revenue goals.
- Ensure collaboration with the larger team, working with Legal, Channel, and other sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities within License Compliance engagements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at executive level.
- Willingness to integrate into teams and work towards personal and team goals.
- Native German and Business English.
