Customer Service Expert for Global Travelers

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in supporting international travelers. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries and issues related to accommodation and services worldwide.
**Job Summary:**
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be working with customers from diverse backgrounds, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your role will involve clarifying service requirements, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction via email and phone.
**Responsibilities:**
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and respond promptly
• Identify and resolve issues related to accommodations and services
• Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
• Provide solutions to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
**Requirements:**
• Icelandic: C2 level and advanced English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• User-friendly PC skills: Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms
• Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality
• Positive, motivated mindset to handle challenging customer situations
• Goal-oriented work approach
• Open-mindedness to changing priorities and business processes
• Affinity with accommodation platforms and customer service experience a plus
**Offer:**
• Competitive salary: €20-25 per hour (approximate) based on location and experience
• 38.5-hour contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
