About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end installation and maintenance process for Pickup And Return Points.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance Process Management: Manage the installation and maintenance process for Pickup And Return Points, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Service Roll-out Execution: Execute service roll-out on-time, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement projects in installation and maintenance processes, as well as cost reduction initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of service providers, including installation and maintenance partners, and internet service providers, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Customer Experience Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and performance, including raising the bar for Operations KPIs.
  • Strategic Projects: Participate in strategic projects, including new product and feature launches, process improvements, and geographic expansion.
  • Partner Collaboration: Partner with global Partner Operations Program Managers to innovate on behalf of the business and develop best practices.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership, and develop materials for service providers and host partners.
  • Change Management: Promote and develop an environment which is receptive and adaptable to business change.
Requirements
  • Program or Operations Management Experience: Experience in program or operations management, working with hardware and software products.
  • Cross-functional Program Management: Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional and regional programs influencing different stakeholders' groups.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Experience measuring/optimizing performance.
  • Third-party Resource Management: Experience managing third party resources on a national scale.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL, advanced Microsoft Excel, and Six Sigma or Lean certification.
