About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our network of location providers suitable as partners for Lockers. This role requires building long-lasting relationships with strategic partners across Portugal, which is fundamental to the expansion plans for the program and for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will efficiently negotiate terms and close deals with key partners in the commercial vertical. Internally, you will work with functions that cut across the organization, including technology, marketing, transportation, and customer service, to drive great customer experience for our program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Pickup location expansion in Portugal, building out a pipeline of new partners for our products.
  • Drive the Amazon Pickup Locations CX to deliver the best in class experience, service, and convenience.
  • Drive the innovation and process improvement in your team by leveraging your previous experience in negotiating with different C-level internal/external stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Portuguese speaker.
  • A Degree.
  • Relevant experience in account management, marketing, or sales.
  • Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner, or business performance issues.
  • Relevant experience in driving strategic alliances and partnerships for business.
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
