Madrid-Based Sales Expert for Polish Publishers

Nordic Jobs Worldwide is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for strengthening our market presence in Poland by acquiring new publishers and building strong relationships with existing ones.
About the Role:
- Acquire Polish publishers through effective communication, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and maintain a stable pipeline of opportunities, prioritizing the most valuable leads.
- Lead the publisher acquisition process in close collaboration with technical, sales, and operational colleagues.
- Become a trusted contact and build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
- Maintain our CRM tool, updating information about leads and customer interactions.
- Meet monthly KPIs and targets.
- Network and establish industry contacts.
About You:
- A native Polish speaker with advanced English skills.
- A sales enthusiast with a keen eye for detail and a talent for turning conversations into positive outcomes.
- Able to work independently and adapt to fast-paced start-up environments.
- Familiar with digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies like Header Bidding (SSP, Pre-bid, Amazon TAM, Google OB).
- Established contacts in the Polish digital publishing sphere.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, especially in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
About the Company:
- Competitive compensation package including base salary, additional commissions, and bonus structure.
