As a key member of our commercial team, you will leverage your expertise in segment licensing, partnership development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and expand our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a network of potential partners and generate leads for licensing or acquisition opportunities
  • Collaborate with global portfolio teams, commercial teams, and regional teams to identify product targets and develop strategic partnerships
  • Work with cross-functional teams to complete due diligence assessments, perform valuations, and negotiate deal documents
