We are seeking a skilled Sales Talent Sourcer to join our team at Recruit4Work Sl. This commission-based, freelance position offers exceptional earning potential based on successful placements.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Recruiter to source top talent for challenging sales vacancies. As a Freelance Headhunter, you will work independently in a remote setting, leveraging your industry connections to identify top candidates and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Key Responsibilities- Source and attract top sales talent using advanced sourcing techniques
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using a proven approach
- Conduct targeted searches across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and personal networks
- Leverage your industry connections to identify top candidates and build relationships
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales Recruitment with a track record of successful placements
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and recruitment databases
- Strong networking skills within the sales sector
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work independently in a remote setting
