**Job Overview:**
We seek a skilled Freelance Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment efforts, particularly in the healthcare industry. This commission-based role is ideal for proactive professionals who excel in identifying and engaging large candidate pools. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our recruitment team to place.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Proactively source and identify candidates using advanced search techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Engage and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for open positions.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various client mandates.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to ensure a strong long-term talent network.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates for client presentation.
- Keep up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain regular communication with team members.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
We require a proven track record in fast-paced sourcing environments, preferably in an agency setting, with a specialization in healthcare recruitment. Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS platforms is essential. Additionally, you must be able to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and work collaboratively with recruitment teams are crucial.
