Workera Ai Fund is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to profile strategic accounts and ensure a consistent pipeline of first meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales directors to develop and implement outreach strategies
  • Profile strategic accounts to identify key decision makers and research strategic plans
  • Execute high-volume prospecting activity to book first meetings with key decision makers
  • Become an expert on Workera's offering and our market
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they're ready to speak
  • Partner with sales and marketing to drive attendance to webinars and events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a customer-facing, business development role
  • True hunter mentality
  • Highly motivated with a strong focus on exceeding quotas
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Experience in engaging a varied audience
  • Creative approach to work/problem solving
  • Experienced in leveraging sales tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Analytical approach to work
  • Self-starter, owning your work and delivering results
