Enterprise Business Development Representative

Workera Ai Fund is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team in EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to profile strategic accounts and ensure a consistent pipeline of first meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales directors to develop and implement outreach strategies
- Profile strategic accounts to identify key decision makers and research strategic plans
- Execute high-volume prospecting activity to book first meetings with key decision makers
- Become an expert on Workera's offering and our market
- Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they're ready to speak
- Partner with sales and marketing to drive attendance to webinars and events
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a customer-facing, business development role
- True hunter mentality
- Highly motivated with a strong focus on exceeding quotas
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience in engaging a varied audience
- Creative approach to work/problem solving
- Experienced in leveraging sales tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Analytical approach to work
- Self-starter, owning your work and delivering results
