Business Development Representative

At 360Learning, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way companies learn and grow. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our French Enterprise Outbound team.
Your role will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise market, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas and transform intent signals into a sales pipeline. This will involve creating and qualifying cold outbound leads, conducting research, and crafting compelling pitches to showcase the value proposition of 360Learning.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll work closely with our sales team, marketing operations, and demand generation to ensure seamless alignment and maximize results. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our senior account managers to define portfolio strategies and develop long-term account roadmaps.
