Job Description

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

The Administrative Coordinator will provide critical support to the Career Development Center at IESE Business School, ensuring the smooth operation of all activities and events. This role involves collaborating with companies and students worldwide, reporting directly to Associate Directors.

Main Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support with internal technical platforms, departmental mailboxes, data reports, event organization, and liaison with other departments.
  • Manage the job platform, approving new companies, inserting job postings, managing deadlines, generating CV books, and providing feedback to companies.
  • Coordinate online and on-campus activities, ensuring seamless execution of events, including job postings, CV books, interviews, workshops, career forums, corporate presentations, case competitions, student club conferences, surveys, and networking events.
  • Organize events, including scheduling, publishing on the student platform, logistics, invitations, attendance checks, and post-delivery follow-ups.
  • Serve as the liaison between students, companies, and IESE, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone and in-person.
  • Assist Associate Directors in finding new companies recruiting on campus and establishing contact via email and phone.
  • Produce documents and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
