About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Eurofragance Slu. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Support the Office Manager team by performing tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Ensure the operation of office maintenance by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests from internal and external people.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Desirable: SAP - Modulo Pedidos Indirectos.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
