Job Description

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service professional to join our brand-new team in Valencia, Spain. As a Fintech Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all platforms.
  • Personalized Customer Service: Use your extraordinary communication skills, including active listening and empathy, to personalize every conversation and connect with customers on a meaningful level.
  • Problem-Solving: Guide customers through their inquiries and provide effective solutions, leaving them with a smile and a positive impression of the company.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and escalate customer needs internally to improve and develop processes, ensuring the company continually enhances its customer experience.
  • Performance Excellence: Focus on achieving sky-high performance standards, with a keen eye on key KPIs such as Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
  • Customer Retention: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through impactful and memorable customer experiences.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented individual who possesses:

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level Dutch (C2) with a strong command of English (C1).
  • Customer-Centric: Enthusiastic, smart problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
