About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Msx International. As a Dutch speaking representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Gather feedback on the overall customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of follow-up activities and customer interactions.
  • Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual or native in Dutch.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales or related fields is a plus.
