Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement flawless solutions for customers, including tenders and projects.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values in all customer interactions, escalating when required.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
