We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist with French language skills to join our Advertiser Success Team (AST) at Amazon. As an Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our advertisers meet their advertising goals by providing strategic support across all advertiser life cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Provide educational support and onboarding to new advertisers on the ad platform
- Optimize end-to-end ad campaign performance to fulfill advertiser goals
- Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and data insights
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to solve issues blocking advertiser performance and improve advertiser experience
- Adhere to standard work instructions and provide tailored support to advertisers
- Provide education to advertisers on Amazon Advertising products via 1:1 programs and online trainings
- Respond promptly and accurately to advertiser queries and help resolve issues with campaigns
- Bachelor's degree and/or 6 months related work experience
- B2+ fluency in English and French (writing, reading, speaking, and communication)
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- 1+ years experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience within EU Student Programs Teams or business internships
- Experience managing global clients and owning their performance goals
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Passion for online advertising and track record of delivering results
